Comment: Tequila Blaze ran a decent second on her seasonal debut at Lingfield last month and should improve for the run. Global Harmony won well at Wincanton last time out and should push the selection close.

2 – Eau Top
Comment: Mance Rayder was making headway when unseating his jockey 5 out in a similar event at Wetherby last time and should make amends today. Eau Top has been running well this season and if he can cut out the mistakes can go close.

Comment: Kim Bailey’s improving Imperial Icon got his head in front on the line to win at Hereford last time and can win again today. 3yr old High Moon Flyer is receiving an additional 14lb allowance from his older rivals and could go close after finding the opposition too hot at Aintree earlier this month.

Comment: Johnbb won well over course and distance last month and can win again despite the 6lb rise in the weights. Mercian Prince posted a much improved performance winning easily at Kempton last time and can go close again.

2 – Canelo
Comment: A big performance is expected from Spiritofthegames, who ran a good second in the Paddy Power Gold Cup at Cheltenham on his seasonal debut last month and will come on for the run. Canelo stayed on strongly to finish second at Newbury last time out and should be in the mix again.

Comment: The consistent Small Present can finally get his head in front after a series of staying on runs this season, the latest in a decent Novices Hurdle at Newcastle. The lightly raced Kilbrook has run well in Novice events and could be on a good mark for his Handicap debut.

2 – Applaus
Comment: Naizagai ran a very good second in heavy conditions at Sandown earlier this month and can go one better today. Applaus was headed on the line last time out at Carlisle and should go close again.
