Ladies’ Evening 2024

Our Ladies’ Evening is the very first in the season for the Yorkshire Racecourse’s, so come along to see what everyone is going to be wearing for the season ahead.

Timings

Kick on with your Summer of racing with the first Ladies’ Racing Event of the Yorkshire Season.

The red carpet will be out for all of our racegoers on the evening, sip champagne and cocktails in the Paddock, and enjoy the final evening of our flat racing season.

There is an exciting seven-race flat race card on offer and the fizz and the fillies will be flying.

Enter the first Best Dressed Competition of the season…..keep your eyes peeled for our fantastic prize…details to be released soon!

This fixture is the last meeting in Wetherby’s current season.  We will be back and racing over Jumps on Wednesday 16th October.

 

Best Dressed On the Evening

Enter the first Best Dressed Competition of the season, and you can win a fabulous ‘Harrogate’ Experience and a Wetherby Annual Badge for the 2024/25 Season – an amazing total prize value of £1,000.00

Our Best Dressed Winner will win:

This fantastic prize is brought to you by our friends at Your Harrogate Radio, The Harrogate BID, The Yorkshire Hotel & Mama Doreens Emporium, and will see our winner enjoy a fantastic stay in Harrogate where they can redeem their Gift Card in over 100 outlets.  These include large high street and small Independent retailers, cafe’s and restaurants, beauty salons and even the Theatre, so you can tailor your prize to suit.  What a Treat!

The winner will also receive a Wetherby Annual Badge for them and a Guest, which allows them to attend every raceday at Wetherby from October 2024 to June 2025.  Reciprocal racedays at over 40 other racecourses across the UK are also included.  As well as a £20 badge holder discount on Wetherby Hospitality Packages during the season.

The Winner of the BEST HAT on the evening will win a DINE & VIEW Hospitality experience for two at Wetherby, on a date of choice from selected fixtures in the 2024/25 Season.

The Best Dressed Competition will take place in the Parade Ring during the evening, and is open to all to enter.

More Information

*Reserved seating is not included within the package.  The 1891 Bar has seating for 120 guests.  We sell a maximum of 100 Premier Plus packages, so there will always be seating available, however, it is offered on a first-come basis and early arrivals will secure the best tables and seats.  Late arrivals and smaller parties may have to share a table with others.  The 1891 Bar becomes a public facility open to all Premier Badge holders at the start of the 2nd race.

**Your drink voucher can be redeemed for a glass of prosecco or a pint of beer or lager, a small glass of house wine, a main line spirit and mixer, tea, or coffee.

Dine & View Trackside Restaurant

Dine & View offers a fantastic vantage point from the private trackside balcony and the package includes:

Private table reservation (Maximum of 12 Guests) / VIP admission badges / Reserved Parking / Racecards / Tipster Talk / Four-Course Grand Buffet Luncheon – for £136.50 per person

The White Rose Bistro

Wetherby Racecourse’s White Rose Suite seats approximately 120 diners and offers a bistro menu, fine food and excellent value for money.

Situated on Level 3 of the Wetherby Millennium Stand within the Premier Enclosure. The suite does not afford a view of the racing, but has Racecourse TV installed and tote betting close to hand. Diners wishing to view live racing may go down one-level to the Millennium Grandstand, where there are covered seats and steppings.  Booking our Bistro Package is the only way to secure your table for the day and offers great value for money.
