Wetherby Racecourse is a superb venue for conferences, exhibitions, outdoor events, showground events, wedding receptions, celebratory parties and Christmas parties.

The convenient and unique location set in magnificent countryside just minutes from the A1 (M), unlimited complimentary parking and spectacular buildings, finished to the highest standards, combine with first class catering and professional event management to ensure that every function is a success.

We run these type of events once or twice a year and it's fair to say this was the best one yet! The cost of an event and having the engineers off tools for a day is a financial cost and we have to get it right from an engagement perspective, you really helped in making sure that investment was worthwhile. The Bramham Hall worked really well for our 300 delegates and using the ceiling television screens to project our presentation throughout the room helped no end. The serving of refreshments and food worked really well. I timed and it took 300 people 11 minutes to all have a drink which enabled us to stay on schedule throughout the day. Lunch worked really well and everyone got through the buffet quick and efficiently.
